Anna qualified from the Warsaw Medical Academy in 2011 with a BSc Degree and went on to extend her qualifications achieving a MSc in Physiotherapy from the College of Rehabilitation in 2015. Having over 10 years of experience she initially held position of MSK Physiotherapist in private MSK clinic in Poland. In 2019 she relocated and settled in Scotland.
Anna completed several rotations within NHS Fife: Orthopedics, Medical, Surgical, Medicine of Elderly, Respiratory and Intensive Care, Neurological Rehabilitation. She currently works as Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist in NHS Fife.
She brings a diverse musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy skill set developed in both Poland and the UK, providing physiotherapy and rehabilitation in both the private and public sectors for adult patients with various abilities and backgrounds. She is trained in manual therapy techniques like Mulligan therapy and is also an international certified therapist of PNF.
Outside of work Anna believes in maintaining a well-rounded lifestyle. Engaging in physical activities such as weight lifting, swimming or practicing pilates, not only aligns with her professional background but also allows her to unwind and recharge. She has special interest in strength and conditioning, wellbeing and sports nutrition.
Paul is a Senior Physiotherapist who has experience working across a wide variety of conditions, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. Over the last 12 years he has worked in 3 countries including Poland, Australia and UK.
Paul studied Physiotherapy at the Medical University in Lodz, acquiring a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Science in 2013. Previously he completed Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy Warsaw Medical Academy graduating in 2011.
Additionally he is qualified in Remedial Massage and Soft Tissue Therapy with a ITEC level 3 diploma (Brisbane 2018).
Paul has a strong emphasis on hands on techniques. He undertook advanced Manual
Therapy course from German Physiotherapy Association (ZVK).
He also been weight training for over 15 years, so when he’s not helping patients at the clinic, he’s lifting weights at the gym. He has been an active competitor in Arm-wrestling, which he has pursued to a professional level.
His key interests lie in sports injury recovery and performance enhancement programes with a focus on knees, ankles and shoulders.
