Consent

We will not begin any form of assessment or treatment without your consent.  We will make every effort to ensure you fully understand what your assessment and treatment will entail and the associated benefits and risks. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time by informing your physiotherapist.

We kindly request a £10 deposit be paid to secure all bookings. This will be requested on agreement of an appointment time and is payable within 48 hours of request via bank transfer. The deposit amount will be deducted from the appointment cost on the day of your appointment. We aim to keep our deposit charge to a minimum to cover administrative and business costs only in the event of late cancellation or non-attendance.

Your deposit is fully transferrable if you need to change your appointment date or time with at least 48 hours notice. This allows us sufficient time to offer your appointment to other patients waiting for care. Late appointment changes and/or cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment time will be subject to loss of deposit and a new deposit will be requested on rebooking. The deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your appointment without rebooking or if you fail to attend your appointment.

Patients who fail to attend or provide late cancellation of two or more appointments will be denied rebooking. We recognise last-minute cancellations are unavoidable in some cases due to reasons out of your control such as illness, transportation issues and family circumstances. This will be considered when rebooking is requested, however we are unable to offer a refund of your deposit.
